Building a Diverse and Inclusive FOX

Through FOX ALL IN: Employee Resource Groups, employees have the opportunity to participate in various groups to share common interests, identities and pursuits with colleagues from around the company. Our resource groups provide opportunities for learning and development, networking, and growth.

Our Programming

The stories we tell reflect the rich complexity of our world, and we continue to seek out new voices both in front of and behind the camera. Programs are designed to nurture writers and directors who have diverse voices, backgrounds and life experiences, while creating a strong pipeline of diverse talent for the company’s productions across all media types and platforms.

Our Communities

We help young storytellers find their artistic voices by providing hands-on experiences in the media industry. Our partnerships with the Ghetto Film School and the Emma Bowen Foundation welcome young people to the worlds of filmmaking and television news.
