OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content — through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

ABOUT YOU

You are an emerging ad tech professional who is energized by the data, measurement, and partnership infrastructure that makes the modern ad ecosystem work. You are curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn — but you are also already capable of running studies, managing partner integrations, and producing client-ready deliverables independently. You understand that measurement and data partnerships are where modern ad deals are won or lost, and you want to be at the center of that work. You are excited about the opportunity to grow into a senior measurement and data role at a Fox-backed creator portfolio that is investing in being the best monetization platform in audio and digital media. This role reports to the VP of Ad Tech & Revenue Strategy and partners closely with sales, programmatic, and the broader ad tech function.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with our measurement and attribution partners (Podscribe, Magellan AI, Spotify Ad Analytics, ArtsAI, Claritas)
  • Run attribution studies, lift studies, and brand impact studies for advertisers; package results into compelling case studies for the sales team
  • Onboard and integrate new data partners (LiveRamp, Lotame, identity graphs, contextual data providers)
  • Coordinate pixel implementations, tag deployments, and integration QA across advertiser campaigns
  • Build and pull performance reports, audience insights, and attribution dashboards for use in sales pitches and renewals
  • Support sales enablement by maintaining up-to-date measurement methodology documentation and client-facing collateral
  • Partner with the Ad Tech Operations and Programmatic teams to surface measurement insights into yield and packaging strategy
  • Maintain partner integration runbooks, contractual obligations tracking, and performance benchmarks
  • Support the Director of Ad Tech Operations and VP of Ad Tech & Revenue Strategy on strategic measurement initiatives
  • Stay current on attribution methodologies, privacy regulations, and emerging measurement standards

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3+ years of experience in ad operations, measurement, attribution, or analytics at a publisher, ad tech vendor, agency, or measurement company
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major attribution or measurement platform (Podscribe, Magellan AI, Claritas, Nielsen, Kantar)
  • Working knowledge of attribution methodologies (incrementality, lift, MMM, multi-touch) and digital measurement standards
  • Comfortable with pixel and tag implementation, QA processes, and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; SQL fluency a significant plus
  • Excellent attention to detail; you take pride in clean implementations, accurate reports, and reliable deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to summarize study results into clear, client-ready narratives
  • Audio, podcast, or digital media experience strongly preferred
  • Curious, collaborative, and growth-oriented; you want to learn the full ad tech stack and grow into a senior measurement and data role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
