FOX is looking for a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter, Emerging Tech & Data to support high-priority hiring across our data organization. This contract recruiter will focus on senior-level and specialized data roles that are critical to building a faster, more AI-enabled, data-driven technology organization.
This recruiter will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and technology leaders to identify, engage, and close top talent across data architecture, data engineering, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML enablement, and enterprise data strategy.
The right person has deep experience recruiting technical data talent, strong market instincts, and the ability to move quickly while keeping quality, calibration, and candidate experience high.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own full-cycle recruitment for data-focused roles across FOX technology teams
Recruit for senior and specialized positions across areas such as data architecture, data engineering, enterprise data platforms, analytics engineering, AI/ML data enablement, cloud data infrastructure, business intelligence, and reporting
Support strategic searches connected to FOX’s evolving data strategy
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define success profiles, and build targeted sourcing strategies
Build strong external pipelines of passive technical talent in New York, Los Angeles, UK, and India markets
Translate complex technical needs into clear recruiting strategies and candidate messaging
Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, competitor hiring activity, and candidate trends
Manage candidate flow, interview process, feedback loops, offer strategy, and close plans
Maintain accurate reporting, pipeline tracking, and recruiting activity updates
Represent FOX with credibility, speed, and professionalism in the data talent market
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
7+ years of recruiting experience, with strong technical recruiting depth
Proven experience recruiting data talent across engineering, architecture, platforms, analytics, or AI/ML-adjacent roles
Strong understanding of modern data environments, including cloud platforms, data lakes, warehouses, pipelines,and analytics ecosystems
Ability to partner with senior technology leaders and push for clarity when requirements are vague or evolving
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, talent communities, and competitive intelligence
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-change environment with shifting priorities
Excellent candidate assessment, communication, and closing skills
Strong judgment, discretion, and follow-through
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Experience recruiting in media, streaming, ad tech, AI, enterprise technology, or consumer technology
Workday ATS
Build experience in Enterprise GPT, G-Suite Automations, Claude, or Replit

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $70.00 per hour.
