We are looking to hire an Assistant, Physical Production to assist our senior production executives at an exciting growth moment for the studio.
Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all administrative duties for the VPs of Production, including intense scheduling and management of calendars, managing phones, and handling expense reports
Provide other administrative support for Executives within the department as needed, including but not limited to coordinating travel, arranging gifts, and managing subscriptions
Perform coverage and other such reviews of creative and production material, as necessary
Manage visitors and department-specific supplies
Help departmental tracking documents
Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Take on additional projects and research as necessary
Other duties as assigned by upper management
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1+ years of administrative experience; agency or management experience heavily preferred
Experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced environment
Passion for storytelling across film and television
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom, Google Suite
Proactive thinker; strong organizational skills
Great attitude, shows initiative and self-direction, able to work independently when needed
Willingness to take on additional responsibility and growth as the company expands
Deadline-oriented, excellent time management, communication, and writing skills
Strong creative problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co-workers and industry professionals
Act as a gatekeeper to the executives, keep a pulse on the team, organized, and detail-oriented, while seeing the bigger picture

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience working in production or strong interest in the production field

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.00-26.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
