Fox Corporation is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within our Corporate Finance team. The Executive Assistant will help keep a fast-moving executive office running smoothly by managing calendars, coordinating travel, processing expenses, supporting key finance meetings, and assisting with operational programs tied to corporate credit cards and subscriptions.
You are a strong communicator who can manage shifting priorities, handle confidential information with care, and partner effectively with executives, internal teams, vendors, and employees across the company. You are comfortable working in a highly professional environment where accuracy, follow-through, and discretion matter.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and conference room bookings
Manage executive document printing, binding, delivery, and other administrative document needs
Coordinate domestic and/or international travel arrangements and related logistics
Coordinate representative letter signatures and related documentation workflows
Coordinate with the Corporate Security team on miscellaneous executive and business needs
Coordinate company-wide delinquency and credit loss reporting, including cardholder outreach and executive management reporting
Prepare, submit, and track executive expense reports
Support expense report audits to help ensure compliance with company policy
Support scheduling for quarterly Finance meetings and the annual budget meeting process
Assist with the setup and maintenance of company-wide digital and print subscriptions through a centralized third-party service provider
Assist with Corporate Credit Card Program administration, including cardholder procedures and follow-ups
Help ensure cardholder expenses are submitted in a timely manner
Review and process invoices related to digital and print subscription services
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve administrative, billing, and process-related questions
Administrative or executive support experience in a corporate, finance, media, or similarly fast-paced environment
Experience preparing expense reports and working with corporate card or expense management processes
Strong calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adjust quickly as business needs change
Comfort working with executives and cross-functional partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related business tools
Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or Corporate Operations teams
Experience with Workday, Concur, or a similar expense management platform
Experience coordinating company-wide administrative programs, vendor invoices, subscriptions, or cardholder processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-40.87 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
