JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Manager, Creator Operations sits at the center of Red Seat Ventures’ creator business, partnering closely with the EVP of Creator Operations to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and execute high-impact initiatives.

This role owns day-to-day operational rigor while advancing key strategic priorities. You will connect teams, improve processes, and ensure multiple workstreams move efficiently in a fast-paced, creator-driven environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the EVP of Creator Operations to execute cross-functional initiatives across RSV

  • Manage end-to-end creator engagements (acquisition through delivery), ensuring quality, compliance, and timeliness

  • Serve as a central liaison across internal teams, RSV companies, and external partners to improve collaboration and unlock monetization opportunities

  • Drive project execution across concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment, visibility, and on-time delivery

  • Own and optimize project management tools, workflows, and reporting to increase efficiency and transparency

  • Track performance across creators and initiatives, translating insights into actionable improvements

  • Lead onboarding for creators and team members, ensuring a seamless, scalable experience

  • Build and refine operational frameworks that improve visibility, consistency, and scalability across programs

  • Act as an escalation point for creator-related issues, proactively managing risk and resolution

  • Support planning processes, including budgeting, resourcing, and strategic roadmap development

  • Partner with audience development and creator success teams to align operations with campaign and distribution goals

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of collaboration and operational excellence

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong operational acumen with a track record of building and improving processes

  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across senior stakeholders and matrixed teams

  • Exceptional organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail

  • Clear, concise communication and strong stakeholder management capabilities

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

  • Proficiency with project management tools and workflow systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience in creator economy, digital media, or content operations

  • Familiarity with performance analytics and reporting

  • Experience supporting senior leadership in highly collaborative environments

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-130,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
