The Senior Vice President, Engineering, Technology & Operations works directly with Senior Engineering management to execute the technology plan across all O&O stations. This role is responsible for creating the capital budget for all group projects, working directly with local VPs of Engineering and local finance teams to ensure timely implementation. The SVP collaborates with business teams to understand future growth plans and partners with leading technology vendors and service providers to proactively identify opportunities to design technology solutions that improve efficiency and create business value.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Engineering & Operations
Builds and mentors local engineering teams
Represents as lead Engineering and Operations resource for all stations, including running weekly update meetings, updating the budget, and organizing critical information for FCC compliance.
Analyzes business and technical requirements to identify improvement opportunities
Evaluates solutions portfolio against third-party offerings, and makes the big calls by selecting and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors
Drives the transition to next-generation engineering and operations systems that meet security and regulatory requirements
Forecasts and creates the department’s budget, and manages spending
Collaboration & Partnerships
Consults with FOX Television Stations executives to understand business needs, to collaborate on future growth plans, and to develop engineering and operations solutions.
Partners with the Engineering teams to design and build innovative technology solutions for challenging business issues.
Performance Improvement
Knows that data is critical for making informed business decisions and leverages it to understand and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your amazing team's performance
Analyzes dashboards and constantly optimizes system security and testing to deliver best-in-class designs

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $300,000.00-415,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
