ABOUT THE ROLE
Red Seat Ventures is a modern media company built for the creator economy, where audiences seek direct connection with the voices they trust. Founded in 2015 and acquired by Fox Corporation in 2025, Red Seat operates within Tubi Media Group and partners with high-profile talent to develop and grow personality-driven brands across podcasting, streaming video, newsletters, subscriptions, live events, and direct-to-consumer media experiences.
Red Seat Ventures is scaling quickly with the goal of becoming the #1 creator economy company in the world. The company is building a full-stack creator platform across creator services, creator monetization, events, networks, podcast hosting, subscriptions, video distribution, ad sales, and technology. Red Seat’s growth strategy includes businesses such as Speakeasy, Supercast, CrimeCon, Arena, The First, Crime Junkie, and other creator-led media brands.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to serve as the dedicated recruiting partner for Red Seat Ventures. This role will own full-cycle recruitment across all lines of business, supporting a high-volume requisition load across sales, revenue operations, creator partnerships, content, production, marketing, events, finance, technology, customer success, and operations.

The right person will bring urgency, strong judgment, business curiosity, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing hiring quality. They will need to build trust with senior leaders, calibrate talent across very different functions, manage competing priorities, and deliver great candidate and hiring manager experiences in a high-growth environment.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable hiring plans, building search strategies, managing requisition flow, surfacing market insights, and helping Red Seat hire the talent needed to scale its creator economy platform.
