FOX Corporation’s Ad Sales Partnerships team is looking for an energetic and strategic Manager to join our team. This role is essential in modernizing our ad sales offering by bridging the gap between innovative ad tech solutions and revenue-driving strategies. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ad tech partners, ensuring their roadmaps align with FOX’s technological goals, and identifying new capabilities that will scale our advertising business.
A SNAPSHOT OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner Management: Act as a point of contact for social platforms and ad tech partners, ensuring they meet key milestones and remain aligned with FOX’s long-term tech and solutions roadmap.
Revenue Growth: Identify and evaluate new ad solutions and technical capabilities that drive revenue strategy and modernize the FOX ad sales portfolio.
End-to-End Execution: Own areas of executing partner strategy with clear scope and timelines. Initiate lifecycle of ad solutions, translating initiatives from ideation through to go-to-market launch.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Ad Ops, Yield, Product Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure new partner integrations are seamless and support business objectives.
Risk & Milestone Tracking: Proactively monitor partner deliverables, identify potential bottlenecks, and mitigate risks to keep integration timelines on track.
Strategy Support: Assist in the development of "packaging" for new advertising products, ensuring the technical infrastructure supports market-ready solutions.
Performance Analysis: Lead post-launch reviews to assess the impact of new ad tech solutions on revenue and capture insights for future roadmap iterations.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
3–5 years of partnerships experience specifically within Social, Digital Media, or Advanced Advertising.
Experience managing external vendors/partners, and ability to organize and effectively communicate milestones and deliverables with partners.
An understanding of programmatic, audience, and social capabilities with influence on ad sales revenue and market competitiveness.
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with attention and detail.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-115,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
