Within FOX Entertainment’s Creative Advertising Group sits the Visual Innovation Studio (aka VIS). The VIS team is FOX Entertainment’s in-house design agency – combining the disciplines of design, animation, illustration, and photography to craft bespoke visuals for FOX’s marketing efforts.
The Digital Art Director at FOX Entertainment will have mastery of Art Direction, 2D & 3D Animation, and Traditional Design with the know-how and skillset to develop engaging digital content and experiences. This position will be expected to contribute conceptually, creatively, and technically while executing high-impact marketing initiatives with A+ quality for the digital and social media landscape.
The Digital Art Director will be working on the VIS Digital Team with other creatives and designers to help build FOX show brands through campaign-level thinking and tactical executions across all social media and digital platforms. You will also have a deep knowledge and interest in the best practices and nuances of social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, and emerging platforms, as well as producing engaging content in different formats, including static images, video animations, motion graphics, AR filters and more. You are proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to own projects from ideation through to execution.
Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $114,000.00-140,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
