JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as an Apprentice for one year and take the next step in your career while supporting FOX’s unique corporate services and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to leverage your communication skills, technical expertise, analytical and problem-solving competencies, and customer-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in analyzing and solving data-related challenges.
Support the development and maintenance of corporate service and BI platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Participate in training sessions to further develop technical and analytical skills.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and insights in data.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Engage with employees to understand their needs and provide support.
Contribute insights and suggestions during team meetings to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (2024 pass-out).
Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is an advantage.
