FOX Corporation’s Ad Sales Partnerships team is seeking a strategically minded, highly organized, and relationship-driven professional focused on programmatic partnerships for Ad Sales.
FOX’s Programmatic Partnerships team plays a central role in shaping how premium video inventory is valued, packaged, and transacted across the programmatic ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of demand and supply, leading strategic partnerships across DSPs, SSPs, and agency platforms to influence how buyers access FOX’s inventory and how FOX shows up in the marketplace.
The Director will be responsible for scaling demand, strengthening FOX’s position with key partners, and evolving deal structures, access models, and buying pathways across CTV and digital. This individual will operate as a strategic operator and market-maker, using deep programmatic expertise and marketplace insight to unlock incremental revenue and shape FOX’s role in an increasingly competitive landscape.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:
Own and grow strategic partnerships across DSPs, SSPs, and key agency platforms, shaping how FOX’s inventory is accessed, prioritized, and scaled within the programmatic ecosystem
Expand partner investment and unlock new demand by evolving deal structures, including PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and curated marketplace offerings
Guide how FOX’s inventory is packaged and distributed across platforms to strengthen marketplace positioning and maximize revenue impact
Serve as a senior point of contact for programmatic partners, aligning partner capabilities with FOX’s monetization and go-to-market strategy
Monitor marketplace trends, buyer behavior, and partner performance to inform strategy and uncover areas for growth
Lead deal strategy and execution across partners, including deal creation, optimization, troubleshooting, and scaling high-performing opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and Analytics to enhance programmatic offerings and support client activation
Drive strategic initiatives and new partnership opportunities that expand FOX’s presence and influence across the programmatic landscape
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8–10+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, or ad tech, with a focus on premium video and/or CTV
Proven track record of owning and growing strategic programmatic partnerships (DSPs, SSPs, agencies) with measurable revenue impact
Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including auction dynamics, deal structures (PMP, PG), and CTV buying behavior
Experience working with leading platforms (e.g., Freewheel, The Trade Desk, Magnite, Amazon, IndexExchange, GAM, DV360) to scale demand and strengthen marketplace positioning
Ability to translate performance data and marketplace trends into actionable strategies that drive revenue and inform go-to-market decisions
Strong cross-functional collaborator and communicator, with experience influencing Sales, Product, Ad Operations, and external partners

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-165,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
