JOB DESCRIPTION

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Director, Enterprise Orchestration will lead the strategy and execution of modern, intelligent orchestration layers across the organization. This role is focused on transforming how work gets done, streamlining complex, cross-functional processes spanning IT, Legal, HR, Finance, and beyond into scalable, automated workflows.

You will evolve traditional service delivery models into more adaptive, intelligent, and user-centric experiences, where routine requests, operational tasks, and support interactions are seamlessly orchestrated behind the scenes. By leveraging composable automation frameworks and embedded AI capabilities, this role will help shift the organization toward more proactive, context-aware operations that reduce friction and accelerate outcomes.

A key component of this role is enabling a broader set of teams to design and deploy their own workflows, supported by guardrails and shared platforms, while ensuring efforts are focused on meaningful, high-impact business outcomes.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reimagine internal service experiences by modernizing how requests, support, and operational workflows are initiated, routed, and resolved

  • Design and implement scalable workflow frameworks that connect systems, teams, and data into unified, intelligent processes

  • Introduce AI-driven capabilities into workflows, including conversational interfaces, intelligent routing, and decision support

  • Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities

  • Enable a shift toward self-service and guided experiences that reduce reliance on manual intake and specialized intervention

  • Champion the democratization of automation by equipping business users with intuitive tools to build and manage workflows

  • Establish governance models that balance flexibility with control, enabling safe and scalable automation across the organization

  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on orchestration architecture, platform strategy, and delivery

  • Define success metrics and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, cost, and business impact

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Extensive experience leading enterprise workflow automation, orchestration, or service transformation initiatives

  • Strong understanding of modern automation ecosystems, including low-code/no-code platforms, integrations, and API-driven architectures

  • Experience evolving traditional service delivery or support models into more automated, intelligent, and user-centric systems

  • Experience with emerging AI-driven automation and robotic process automation technologies

  • Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, including conversational interfaces and intelligent process automation

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and other business domains

  • Strong leadership and organizational influence, with the ability to drive change at scale

  • Experience building governance frameworks that enable distributed innovation while maintaining oversight

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Background in media, entertainment, or technology-driven organizations

  • Familiarity with traditional ITSM systems such as ServiceNow
