ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Director, Enterprise Orchestration will lead the strategy and execution of modern, intelligent orchestration layers across the organization. This role is focused on transforming how work gets done, streamlining complex, cross-functional processes spanning IT, Legal, HR, Finance, and beyond into scalable, automated workflows.
You will evolve traditional service delivery models into more adaptive, intelligent, and user-centric experiences, where routine requests, operational tasks, and support interactions are seamlessly orchestrated behind the scenes. By leveraging composable automation frameworks and embedded AI capabilities, this role will help shift the organization toward more proactive, context-aware operations that reduce friction and accelerate outcomes.
A key component of this role is enabling a broader set of teams to design and deploy their own workflows, supported by guardrails and shared platforms, while ensuring efforts are focused on meaningful, high-impact business outcomes.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and lead the enterprise orchestration strategy, aligning automation initiatives with business priorities across multiple functions
Reimagine internal service experiences by modernizing how requests, support, and operational workflows are initiated, routed, and resolved
Design and implement scalable workflow frameworks that connect systems, teams, and data into unified, intelligent processes
Introduce AI-driven capabilities into workflows, including conversational interfaces, intelligent routing, and decision support
Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities
Enable a shift toward self-service and guided experiences that reduce reliance on manual intake and specialized intervention
Champion the democratization of automation by equipping business users with intuitive tools to build and manage workflows
Establish governance models that balance flexibility with control, enabling safe and scalable automation across the organization
Build and lead a high-performing team focused on orchestration architecture, platform strategy, and delivery
Define success metrics and continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, cost, and business impact
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Extensive experience leading enterprise workflow automation, orchestration, or service transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of modern automation ecosystems, including low-code/no-code platforms, integrations, and API-driven architectures
Experience evolving traditional service delivery or support models into more automated, intelligent, and user-centric systems
Experience with emerging AI-driven automation and robotic process automation technologies
Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, including conversational interfaces and intelligent process automation
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and other business domains
Strong leadership and organizational influence, with the ability to drive change at scale
Experience building governance frameworks that enable distributed innovation while maintaining oversight
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value

Background in media, entertainment, or technology-driven organizations
Familiarity with traditional ITSM systems such as ServiceNow
Experience building internal platforms that enable self-service workflow creation
Experience optimizing automation for cost efficiency and operational scalability

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $179,000.00-230,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
