ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Staff Product Manager at AdRise, you are a force multiplier for our ad tech ecosystem. You won’t just manage a roadmap; you will define the long-term leverage, durability, and extensibility of the platform’s core capabilities. In this role, you will own the multi-year product strategy for critical ad tech domains, ensuring that solutions built for FOX and Tubi are reusable, scalable, and reduce the marginal cost of future innovation.
You will serve as a key decision-maker in balancing bespoke business needs with platform integrity, helping AdRise scale without fragmentation. This role requires strong product judgment, deep ad tech expertise, systems thinking, and the ability to partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales, Ad Ops, Data, and business stakeholders.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the long-term strategy, health, and extensibility of major ad tech platform capabilities such as Identity, Data Collaboration, and Measurement
Define 2–3 year product visions and domain roadmaps that prioritize future-readiness and minimize technical and product debt
Evaluate portfolio-specific business requests and ensure exceptions are intentional, well-scoped, and do not compromise the integrity of the core AdRise platform
Partner with Engineering to design and evolve durable, reusable platform services rather than one-off feature solutions
Lead highly complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple internal systems across FOX and Tubi
Establish product standards and best practices for platform thinking, system design, ad-log architecture, and data flow
Mentor and influence other product managers by raising the bar on systems thinking, platform strategy, and decision quality
Identify opportunities to reduce the marginal cost of supporting new demand sources, measurement partners, and monetization capabilities within your domain
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Sales, Ad Ops, Engineering, and Data to align short-term business priorities with long-term platform health
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
8+ years of product management experience, including substantial experience owning platform-scale products
Deep ad tech domain expertise, including a strong systems-level understanding of ad delivery, programmatic ecosystems, and CTV/OTT monetization
Proven experience building product strategy for complex, highly technical platforms with multiple stakeholder groups
Strong architectural fluency and a demonstrated ability to partner with Engineering on durable, extensible system and data model design
Experience balancing immediate business opportunities with long-term platform strategy and integrity
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align teams and influence decisions across large, matrixed organizations
Strong analytical judgment and the ability to define, interpret, and apply data to guide product decisions and prioritization
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex systems and tradeoffs for varied audiences
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Experience working across both streaming and linear advertising ecosystems
Familiarity with identity, attribution, yield optimization, measurement, or data collaboration products
Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-portfolio media organizations
Background mentoring product managers or helping define product management standards within an organization
Experience working with AWS, Snowflake, or large-scale data infrastructure in ad tech environments
