FOX is looking for a Commercial Administrator - Log Editor. The Commercial Administrator - Log Editor ensure logs accurately reflect the most current program schedules and correct formats are applied. You'll work closely with programming teams for scheduling inquiries and formats for specific live events and coordinate with Sales, Programming, and agencies within established time parameters, for any issues with missing commercial instructions, tapes, or filler elements. The Commercial Administrator - Log Editor will reconcile logs for advertiser billing and interface with Sales or Live Operation teams as needed to trouble shoot any post log inquiries and ensure that commercials air in accordance with agency instruction and assist with any other Commercial Administration functions as directed by Management. Organizational skills are a key component to meet daily copy deadlines.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare daily program/commercial logs for air
Run appropriate checks in the system and verify with Sales Admin that any issues are covered on the log variance report
Adjust log formats as necessary to insure correct log timing
Verify tickers and graphics or other added value placements as necessary
Reconcile and post logs after air
Interface with Sales Coordination, Sales, Programming, On-air Promo, Operations as necessary to ensure logs are completed and ready for air
Schedule contingency and alternate logs as directed by Programming and copy inventory as directed by Pricing & Planning
Any other Commercial Administration duties as assigned by Management
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
High School Diploma
Prior computer experience
Experience with Windows-based software and database programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate precise information clearly and accurately
Basic calculator, timing calculator skills
Able to make judgments within parameters as trained
Able to spot discrepancies and problem-solve using reports and other tools as trained
Able to balance multiple requirements and know when to bring an issue to management’s attention
Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure
Ability to multi-task and manage large volume of work
Professional demeanor even while under pressure.
Well organized and able to prioritize and manage time well

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $17.50-26.93 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
