The Supervisor, Media and Video Operations is a forward-thinking operational leader supporting a 24/7/365 broadcast and streaming ecosystem. Beyond workforce oversight, this position architects structured Skill Acceleration programs that elevate technical capability across the organization. The Supervisor serves as a strategic intake partner for senior leadership initiatives while championing automation, AI-enabled workflows, and data-driven process optimization to modernize Media and Video Operations.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES
Workforce & Operational Strategy
Collaborates closely with Manager to deploy technology-driven, automation-first solutions leveraging AI and intelligent workflow tools to eliminate manual processes and increase operational scale
Design and evolve standardized operating procedures across Video and Media Operations with a focus on efficiency and resilience
Act as a cross-functional liaison across business, technical, and production teams to ensure requirements are captured, prioritized, and operationalized
Lead rapid-execution initiatives and high-visibility projects for senior leadership
Troubleshoot and resolve real-time workflow disruptions using data-informed decision-making
Maintain and analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, risks, and scalability opportunities
Training & Capability Development
Design and implement structured Skill Acceleration frameworks for both new and existing employees
Develop scalable learning architecture, digital curriculum, and competency-based development pathways
Build onboarding ecosystems that integrate technical provisioning, access management, and foundational operational training
Identify operational gaps using performance data and align development initiatives with future-state technology needs
Track certification progress, technical proficiency benchmarks, and advancement milestones
Continuously iterate learning programs to align with emerging tools, platforms, and automation systems
Project Intake & Digital Transformation
Serve as the strategic intake lead for Media and Video Operations initiatives from senior leadership
Evaluate and prioritize projects based on impact, scalability, and technology enablement potential
Identify legacy workflows and re-engineer processes through automation, AI integration, and systems optimization
Develop reporting dashboards and performance metrics to measure workforce efficiency, and training effectiveness
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Experience operating within media, broadcast, streaming, or similarly high-availability environments
Demonstrated experience building structured learning programs or technical enablement frameworks
Strong understanding of live production and streaming ecosystems
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in technology-driven environments
Analytical mindset with comfort leveraging data to inform operational decisions
Proven ability to drive automation, process transformation, and system optimization
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
3–5 years of experience in media operations, workforce strategy, digital operations, or technical program leadership
Familiarity with dashboarding, analytics platforms, or workforce intelligence systems
Experience supporting large-scale live events or real-time production environments
Exposure to digital transformation, operational scaling, or change management initiatives

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $39.75-46.50 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
