The Fox Studio Lot is looking for a Wardrobe Clerk to join the team. The Wardrobe Clerk will support day-to-day operations by serving as a primary point of contact for internal FOX departments and external third-party clients.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle high-volume calls related to production services, including stages and various production service departments
Serve as a professional liaison between third-party clients, vendors, and internal FOX departments
Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and changes while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Scheduling production resources, including offices, equipment, and support services such as the distribution of keys, etc.
Coordinate with internal departments (Facilities, Security, Finance, IT, etc.) to ensure production is properly supported
Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Receivable to resolve billing discrepancies
Coordinate potential new vendors to help set up a vendor profile through Graphite Connect
Prepare, review, and process production invoices and billing documentation in Media Pulse and Rental Tracker
Submit and manage visitors through GateWorks and coordinate parking as needed for talent requests
Troubleshot vendor invoice issues through Coupa
Assist with onboarding new hires, including coordination of start dates, system access, and badges
Edit timecards as needed to prepare for Timecard Approver
Reconcile American Express (Amex) billing statements related to production services
Process credit card transactions via Square
Purchase office supplies from FOX-approved vendors
Support Production Services management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.97-45.45 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
