JOB DESCRIPTION

The Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting is an integral member of the Finance team supporting the Fox Digital & Technology organization. In addition, this role serves as a key business partner to operational stakeholders and external suppliers across all purchasing and invoicing activities. The Manager oversees the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, collaborating cross-functionally to drive financial discipline, process efficiency, and strong internal controls. This position plays a critical role in validating financial results, including reconciliation of the full Balance Sheet and P&L, investigating variances, and ensuring reported results align with business expectations.

The Manager exercises strong independent judgment in resolving issues, demonstrates ownership, and consistently delivers high-quality, timely results without the need for constant supervision. Additionally, this role collaborates with the FP&A team during budget and forecast cycles to support planning activities and ensure alignment between actual results and forward-looking projections. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Accounting & Financial Reporting.
