Plan and manage OTT/digital ad campaigns. Help onboard with new planner Account Managers so they understand best practices and key cross-functional relationships. Lead, manage and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners. Lead product update discussions, educate brands and agencies on FLX new and existing products, advise on best practices to drive optimal performance and deliver groundbreaking campaigns. Partner with Account Executives and marketing throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight-driven OTT campaigns on FLX/Fox streaming properties. Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross functional collaboration (internally and externally) Optimize campaigns, ensure 100% delivery. Deliver campaign reporting as needed.
Advanced excel skills (including formulas and pivot tables), Google Sheets, Order Management Systems (AOS preferred). Experience analyzing data sets and delivering actionable insights. Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross functional teams. Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics. Ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to change. Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. Top organizational and prioritization skills. Knowledge of local TV marketplace and streaming video role within it.
5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on brand marketing, ad tech, or programmatic advertising. CTV experience preferred. BS/BA degree in business, marketing, or quantitative and analytical fields.
Preferred Qualifications: Existing relationships with senior level client or agency decision makers. Impressive track record of delivering on deadlines and obtaining positive reviews. A passion for customer service. Prior team lead or management experience.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $85,000.00-115,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
