Executive Sales Assistant
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Executive Sales Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of our Sales Department. Reporting directly to the VP, General Sales Manager (GSM), you will play a dual role: providing high-level executive support and overseeing the daily administrative flow of the entire sales team.
From managing FCC compliance and billboard production to coordinating our corporate suite at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, you will be the "go-to" person ensuring our sales engine runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage the GSM’s phone lines, travel arrangements, and administrative needs.
Sales Operations: Oversee contract distribution, perform quality control on new account setups, and coordinate billboard production.
Reporting & Finance: Produce weekly/monthly reports for Sales and Accounting, review staff timesheets, and create yearly budget and quarterly forecast reports.
Compliance: Maintain official political files on the FCC website to ensure regulatory standards are met.
Team Leadership: Assist in the supervision of Local Sales Coordinators/Assistants and oversee the general day-to-day functions of the department.
Client & Event Relations: Manage ticket requests for sporting events and coordinate the corporate suite at Mercedes-Benz Stadium; serve as a professional point of contact for clients and the public.
Office Management: Track sales staff vacation time, order supplies, and coordinate in-house sales functions.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a sales support, media, or executive assistant role.
Skills: High level of organizational skill and the ability to deal effectively with diverse personalities and high-profile clients.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.00-26.72 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
