OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content — through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

This person will own key partner relationships, drive programmatic deal flow, identify new revenue opportunities, and help shape RSV’s programmatic go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, technically fluent, and deeply connected across the programmatic ecosystem. They can build trusted relationships at every level with DSPs, agencies, advertisers, and internal teams while translating market needs into scalable revenue opportunities and product innovation.

  • Identify and unblock commercial, operational, and technical issues impacting programmatic revenue.

  • Support PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, audience, data, contextual, and brand suitability offerings across RSV’s portfolio.

  • Provide pipeline updates, revenue forecasting, partner feedback, and market intelligence to leadership.

  • Help shape the broader programmatic partnerships roadmap and mentor junior team members.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 5–8+ years of experience in programmatic sales, partnerships, business development, or account management at a publisher, DSP, SSP, agency, or ad tech company.

  • Strong relationships across DSPs, agencies, advertisers and/or ad tech platforms.

  • Proven ability to grow programmatic revenue and manage a book of business or strategic partner portfolio.

  • Working knowledge of DSPs and SSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo, StackAdapt, AdsWizz, Magnite, PubMatic, and related platforms.

  • Strong understanding of deal IDs, PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, audience targeting, measurement, attribution, and brand suitability.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
