ABOUT THE ROLE
Red Seat Ventures is seeking a senior programmatic partnerships lead to grow revenue across DSPs, agencies, advertisers, and ad tech partners. This person will own key partner relationships, drive programmatic deal flow, identify new revenue opportunities, and help shape RSV’s programmatic go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, technically fluent, and deeply connected across the programmatic ecosystem. They can build trusted relationships at every level with DSPs, agencies, advertisers, and internal teams while translating market needs into scalable revenue opportunities and product innovation.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and grow strategic programmatic partnerships across DSPs, agencies, advertisers, and ad tech partners.
Build and execute account plans that drive revenue growth, deal flow, platform adoption, and new programmatic opportunities.
Develop relationships with senior buyers, DSP leads, agency trading desks, and platform partners.
Partner with Sales, Ad Ops, Pricing & Planning, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to support campaign execution and partner growth.
Identify and unblock commercial, operational, and technical issues impacting programmatic revenue.
Support PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, audience, data, contextual, and brand suitability offerings across RSV’s portfolio.
Provide pipeline updates, revenue forecasting, partner feedback, and market intelligence to leadership.
Represent RSV in partner meetings, industry conversations, and joint go-to-market opportunities.
Help shape the broader programmatic partnerships roadmap and mentor junior team members.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
5–8+ years of experience in programmatic sales, partnerships, business development, or account management at a publisher, DSP, SSP, agency, or ad tech company.
Strong relationships across DSPs, agencies, advertisers and/or ad tech platforms.
Proven ability to grow programmatic revenue and manage a book of business or strategic partner portfolio.
Working knowledge of DSPs and SSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo, StackAdapt, AdsWizz, Magnite, PubMatic, and related platforms.
Strong understanding of deal IDs, PMPs, Programmatic Guaranteed, audience targeting, measurement, attribution, and brand suitability.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Audio or podcast programmatic experience preferred but not required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-175,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
