As Analyst on the Digital Yield & Audience Activation team, you will play a key role in ensuring campaign delivery processes for digital audience products are defined and executed. Act as tier 1 Sales support for customized audience needs for Client campaigns. You will be first point of contact for Sales consulting, RFP support and data onboarding as it relates to Fox data and audience products. In this role, you will work in Fox’s audience builder to create audiences, manage 1st party data scale and maintain overall health of Fox digital audiences. You will understand audience scale and best strategies that will help support best outcomes for Client campaigns. You will be valuable in measuring and optimizing the overall health of Fox audience products, using this knowledge to drive monetization by working closely with Sales and Account Services. This role reports to the Manager, Digital Audience Activation.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Fox’s audience builder and partner Data Management Platforms to create, manage and scale all active audience segments using both 1st and 3rd party data
Collaborate with Data team on marketplace needs and receptivity to digital audience products
Analyze Fox’s digital inventory for audience products across all properties
Assist Sales and Client Services in responses for Client RFPs for audience creation, client data onboard
Communicate audience capabilities and audience definitions to Sales for Client requests
Support Ad Operations and Account Management teams with campaign optimization with audience insights
Educate Sales & Sales Planning to existing digital audience products
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Experience with digital audience targeting and data management platforms (ie: Liveramp, Transunion)
Digital media landscape knowledge
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills required
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
College degree required

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000.00-70,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
