Training and Development Specialist (Fox Cable Network Services, LLC; Los Angeles, California):
Manage learning programs such as Harvard Certificate Program & FOX Intern program, including program scheduling, communications, roster management, and session delivery. Design and develop company-wide training content and training materials. Work together with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and department leads to create engaging training content and learning experiences. Training coordination and logistics, including scheduling training and managing the training calendar. Manage marketing and communications for training programming across the enterprise. Manage and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) including creation of courses, scheduling, and tracking attendance. Primary administrator & point of contact for eLearning platforms. Manage vendors to deliver training programs. Deliver ad-hoc training projects and training requests for teams as required. Serve as point of contact for business units requiring assistance on various learning & professional development initiatives.
Education Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Instructional Design or related field.
Experience Requirements: One (1) year of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
Must have experience with the following: Stakeholder and Vendor management; Workday Learning; Project Management; Invoice Management; and creating marketing materials (PowerPoint).

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $76,018.64-83,620.50 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
