We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our high-impact platform engineering team. This role is critical to scaling and securing the infrastructure behind many of FOX's consumer-facing applications, including identity, API management, and web environments. You will be the go-to expert for Amazon EKS and play a key role in building out our GitOps workflows using ArgoCD. If you thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment and can confidently support high-stakes deployments (like the Super Bowl), we want to hear from you.
This role also partners closely with teams using Kafka, Databricks, and other distributed systems, so a strong understanding of scalable cloud architectures is key.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and evolve our Kubernetes infrastructure, with a heavy focus on Amazon EKS
Design and implement GitOps pipelines using ArgoCD
Support production operations, including on-call responsibilities (on a rotation, especially during major live events)
Collaborate with API teams (India Tech team), identity services, and web app engineers
Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring across cloud environments
Drive infrastructure as code and self-service capabilities across the platform
Ensure high reliability and performance of systems during large-scale events
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Deep expertise in Amazon EKS, including architecture, scaling, and security best practices
Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and GitOps workflows
Strong background in managing production Kubernetes environments
Proficient in Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools
Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure, high-stakes environments
Experience supporting CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and alerting tools
Ability to work cross-functionally across remote teams and time zones

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-160,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
