JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Freelance Integrated Media Coordinator to support the execution and monitoring of marketing and paid media campaigns across various platforms. This role is part of the Integrated Media team and works closely with other internal teams at FOX Sports (Brand, Research, Creative) and external media and digital agencies.  This team works across all FOX Sports properties including the NFL, CFB, MLB, World Cup, IndyCar, NASCAR and more.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support media team with day-to-day operations including:
    • Managing internal project timelines, helping to organize meetings and ensuring deliverables are on schedule
    • Updating and maintaining creative tracking documents and timelines
    • Coordinating appropriate Appsflyer and tracking links
    • Reviewing creative assets for accuracy and traffic for campaigns
    • Assembling internal campaign recaps
    • Drafting, editing, and managing radio copy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals
  • Aggregate and compile reports on performance of marketing and media campaigns on a regular basis utilizing the following tools:
    • VideoAmp: Dashboard review/QA, OAP log tracking, naming convention management, assisting with audience slicing, data analysis (duplication/performance), and tracking methodology/data ingestion updates
    • Social/Digital analysis via Talkwalker and Tagger
    • Nielsen: basic ratings/demo info for supported and competitive CFB and NFL broadcasts; source and destination, duplication analysis

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1+ years of related experience preferably at an agency or brand side
  • Some experience with media/research tools (VideoAmp, Talkwalker, Tagger, Nielsen)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to summarize and present data in a clear, concise manner

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $29.33-31.49 per hour.
