JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Entertainment creates entertainment that pierces pop culture with innovative series that delivers mass appeal. We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant, Talent Relations and Publicity. In this exciting position, the Assistant, Talent Relations and Publicity support senior executives and support day-to-day operations.


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General administrative support including managing calendars, coordinating meetings both internally and externally, update internal documents, assisting in preparation of presentations, shoots, events and meetings, managing expense reports, booking executive travel, talent travel, and creating itineraries
  • Work with the team on development, organization and execution of internal and external events, promo and content shoots, show premieres, junkets, screenings, festivals, sporting events and other special events
  • Assist in creation and oversight of key talent relations and media databases
  • Monitor press outlets and compiling key publicity breaks/media highlights
  • Process invoices and onboard/update vendors into the system as well as oversight of additional budget reports
  • Coordinate content for the Publicity & Talent Relations Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, including drafting captions for approval, posting content, and engaging with talent through interactions and reposts

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Agency, network, and/or studio publicity, talent relations and/or marketing experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work as a team player, and independent contributor in an environment where multi-tasking is key
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with support staff across all internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive, can-do, flexible attitude with a willingness to support the team as needed at all times
  • Deadline-oriented and driven
  • Creative thinker, outgoing, team-oriented, strong attention to detail and writing skills
  • College degree
  • Ability to work well and maintain professionalism with different levels of management, as well as with talent, managers, producers, publicists, agents, and studio executives
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and maintain a high level of organization, as well as exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience scheduling travel arrangements including airfare, hotel, car arrangements, etc.
  • Knowledge of AI systems, social media platforms, excel, powerPoint, outlook, BOX, google docs, adobe InDesign, Canva

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.00-25.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
