Fox & Friends is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and detail-oriented Producer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital voice of the most-watched morning show on cable and expand its impact across platforms. You’ll create thumb-stopping content and drive audience engagement.
We’re looking for someone with excellent editorial judgment, strong writing skills, and a deep understanding of how to tell stories that resonate in the fast-paced world of social media.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute daily social media content plans for Fox & Friends across all platforms used
Write, edit, and package social-first video, graphics, and posts that capture the show’s energy and connect with viewers online
Clip, edit, and distribute show highlights in real time to maximize reach and engagement
Monitor breaking news, trending topics, and cultural conversations to quickly pitch and produce timely social content
Collaborate with show producers, anchors, and digital teams to create interactive and innovative cross-platform campaigns
Design engaging graphics, polls, and short-form content
Provide social media support during live shows, remote shoots, and special events
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
3+ years of experience in a newsroom, digital media, or social content production environment
Demonstrated success growing and managing large social media accounts (preferably news, lifestyle, or entertainment brands)
Exceptional editorial judgment and sharp writing skills for both serious news and lighthearted content
Deep knowledge of social platform trends, formats, and algorithms
Video editing and graphic design skills (Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under daily deadline pressure
A collaborative mindset with experience working across editorial, production, and digital teams
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and late nights as news and production needs demand

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $83,000.00-106,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
