We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Cloud Engineering team and drive the strategic direction, development, and delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to define product roadmaps, and ensure scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a good understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud-native best practices.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to define the product strategy for cloud infrastructure and platform services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, security, DevOps, and business teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into clear product roadmaps.
System Monitoring & Observability: Work jointly with System Reliability leaders to define and implement strategies for monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution.
Security & Compliance: Work with security and legal teams to ensure that cloud infrastructure meets compliance and governance requirements.
Metrics & Reporting: Define and monitor KPIs to track cloud infrastructure performance, adoption, and cost efficiency. Identify and manage risk with help from the PMO team.
Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies to understand the application and context.
Atlassian Tools: Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage product roadmaps, document requirements, define success criteria and track progress efficiently.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on cloud technologies and infrastructure.
Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native services.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Working knowledge or familiarity with Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or similar tools.
Technical Background: Understanding of Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps practices, networking, and security principles.
System Reliability & Monitoring: Experience with console use of observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or CloudWatch to ensure high availability and performance.
Agile & Collaboration: Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Problem Solving: Ability to discuss and analyze complex technical challenges and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements and goals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to the technical team.
Atlassian Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence to track projects, document requirements, and facilitate team collaboration.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-141,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
