FOX Corporation’s Legal Technology group is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team. The Senior Director, Business and Legal Affairs - Technology will play a key role in advising on technology solutions across the organization, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of technology agreements. The Senior Director, Business and Legal Affairs - Technology will be working collaboratively with subject matter experts within our legal teams, and cross-functionally with colleagues across our organization, including Platform and Media Technology, Information Security, and Broadcast Operations teams, to provide legal support on technology issues relating to all aspects of FOX’s media businesses, including, but not limited to enterprise technology, broadcast production, delivery and distribution, procurement, sourcing and cyber security initiatives. The Senior Director, Business and Legal Affairs - Technology will collaborate closely with privacy counsel and information security to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions throughout the company. You are a proactive and collaborative team player who is excited to learn and be challenged. The Legal Technology team is fast-paced and collaborative, as we work on challenging technical and legal issues in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
This position is based in our Los Angeles office.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $179,000.00-222,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
