ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Production Designer to join our Brand Creative team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in conceptualizing and executing high-impact creative across our entertainment portfolio. You’ll bring a polished design eye, expertise in layout and production, and the ability to handle multiple projects from concept through final delivery. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring junior designers.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design and production of creative assets for broadcast, digital, social, and print campaigns
Partner with art directors, producers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand strategy and visual identity
Take projects from design concept through final mechanicals or delivery, ensuring accuracy and production readiness
Provide quality control on all assets, ensuring adherence to specs and timelines
Mentor and provide feedback to junior production designers and freelancers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and elevate design solutions
Stay current on design trends, production best practices, and emerging tools
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
5+ years of experience in a design or production design role within a fast-paced creative team or agency
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
Deep understanding of print and digital production processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Experience with broadcast graphics and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects)
Familiarity with entertainment and media marketing
Experience working within a large brand system or media company

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-140,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
