Red Seat Ventures is seeking a creative, organized, and strategic Senior Producer to lead the end-to-end production for one of our flagship audio and video podcasts. You will be responsible for shaping the editorial direction, overseeing all stages of production, and ensuring delivery of high-quality content that resonates with our audience and aligns with brand goals. This role requires a seasoned producer with strong storytelling instincts, deep experience in podcasting and video, and the ability to manage both creative teams and production logistics.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Creative Development
Drive editorial planning, episode structure, and story arcs for the podcast.
Collaborate with host to shape compelling content across Politics, Current Events & Health and Wellness.
Pitch episode ideas that align with audience interests & brand values.
Production Management
Oversee all phases of production: pre-production, recording, post-production, and final delivery.
Coordinate schedules, scripts, guests, studio bookings, and technical needs.
Supervise a small team of guest booker & video editor.
Talent & Guest Management
Collaborate with hosts to develop their on-air presence and content delivery.
Identify, book, and prep high-profile and relevant guests that grow audience.
Analytics & Optimization
Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to guide content strategy.
Implement improvements based on audience data and platform trends.
Work with marketing and social teams to extend podcast reach through promotional content and clips.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
5+ years of experience producing podcasts or digital video content, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Strong editorial judgment and a deep understanding of conservative politics, current events & the health and wellness industry.
Experience directing hosts and guests in both scripted and unscripted environments.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring junior producers or freelancers.
Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube) and promotion strategies.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $92,000.00-116,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
