JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Marketing & Communications! The Coordinator, Marketing & Communications supports the FOX Entertainment Studios (FES) and FOX Entertainment Global (FEG) marketing team across campaigns, creative development, and industry events. The Coordinator, Marketing & Communications plays a key role in supporting strategy and execution while keeping projects organized, assets moving, and initiatives on track in a fast-paced, global environment.

The FES and FEG Marketing team builds and defines the brands of FES and FEG worldwide. We create strategies, storytelling initiatives, and tools that drive B-to-B impact and revenue, spanning scripted, unscripted, animation, documentaries, and feature films. From global markets to high-profile launches, we bring FOX’s stories to life and keep the brand at the center of the entertainment conversation.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaigns & Creative

  • Support the creation and delivery of marketing collateral, including decks, sales tools, client-facing materials, and digital/social assets
  • Assist with trailers, key art, presentations, and other creative deliverables developed for our clients
  • Help maintain and update FES and FEG websites and internal systems to ensure assets are current and easily accessible
  • Assist in the development and placement of trade advertising campaigns
  • Proof and QA client-facing collateral—from content catalogs to sales sheets—ensuring accuracy and polish
  • Research and track industry trends, title comps, competitor programming, and market news, sharing insights with both the FES and FEG teams to inform and enhance creative and campaign strategies.

Events & Industry Presence

  • Coordinate marketing efforts across global events—including markets, film festivals, screenings, and launch activations for both FES and FEG
  • Support on-site event marketing and coordination—from planning and logistics to setup and live execution
  • Update and maintain FOX Entertainment Global profiles across key industry platforms

Budget & Team Coordination

  • Manage invoices, vendor payments, and budget trackers to ensure accuracy across projects
  • Maintain team calendars, trackers, and project management systems to keep workflows on track

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1–2 years of marketing, entertainment, or media experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural curiosity about entertainment content, pop culture, marketing trends, and emerging technologies (including AI)
  • Flexibility to work overtime to support high-profile campaigns and global markets

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Familiarity with project management tools

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-27.00 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
