ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level UX/UI designer to lead the design of our direct-to-consumer web platform. As the web-focused design lead, you will shape the end-to-end user experience across key surfaces including onboarding, discovery, content playback, personalization, and account management.
You will evolve existing designs, establish scalable systems, and ensure the web experience aligns seamlessly with mobile and living room platforms. This role is highly collaborative and will work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-platform designers to deliver a best-in-class streaming experience on the web.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design vision and execution for the FOX DTC web product
Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
Define responsive design solutions optimized for desktop and mobile web
Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation
Evolve and maintain the web component library in Figma
Conduct design QA and ensure quality through iterative feedback and testing
Document and communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Strong UX foundation with demonstrated expertise in responsive web design
Experience designing for subscription-based, media, or streaming platforms
Proven visual design skills with strong attention to detail and accessibility best practices
Experience designing consumer-facing web products at scale
Deep understanding of modern web design patterns and standards (knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus)
Strong collaboration skills across product management and engineering teams
Proficiency in Figma and Jira
Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
Familiarity with performance optimization considerations in web design
Prior experience with motion and interaction design for the web

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $70.00-80.00 per hour.
