JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Partner Operations to lead the growth of our streaming subscription business through third-party partnerships. This high-impact, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of product, operations, marketing, and partner management. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from onboarding and technical integration to optimization and retention, and build a team of partner managers focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute complex partnership initiatives, optimize performance through analytics and experimentation, and shape the roadmap for how audiences discover and access our streaming subscription service through strategic partners.
In addition to providing operational leadership, the Director will represent the Customer Care & Marketing Operations team in enterprise-wide initiatives and be entrusted with executive-level stakeholder communication, cross-functional influence, and the prioritization of resources to ensure outcomes align with customer expectations and business goals.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Partner Operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and innovation.
- Develop and execute scalable operational frameworks that support long-term growth through partnerships.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Care) and external partners.
- Represent Partner Operations in executive forums, providing insights, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Advocate for customer-first decision-making while balancing operational efficiency and commercial impact.
Program & Project Management
- Oversee complex, cross-functional partnership projects including billing system integrations, onboarding, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer communication tools.
- Establish and manage project roadmaps, governance structures, and reporting cadences.
- Identify and resolve risks, remove blockers, and drive accountability across teams.
- Ensure business continuity through robust documentation and transition planning.
- Deliver partnership and program briefs to executives and senior leadership.
Partner Enablement & Operational Excellence
- Define and implement best-in-class onboarding, governance, and performance management for third-party partners.
- Define and lead the development of a partnership onboarding testing suite in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, ensuring successful execution and launch of partner programs.
- Ensure partner programs meet compliance, brand, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Legal to ensure partnership agreements align with platform capabilities and operational requirements.
- Continuously refine operational workflows, documentation, and SOPs to improve the partner onboarding process and enhance the customer support experience.
- Collaborate with customer support, training, and QA to align service delivery with partner needs.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Define KPIs and success metrics for partner performance and acquisition outcomes.
- Work closely with analytics and data teams to develop dashboards, generate insights, and monitor trends.
- Translate partnership performance data into actionable improvements for partner journeys, acquisition funnels, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize end-to-end acquisition flows and campaign effectiveness across partners.
- Leverage AI where possible.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
- Cultivate strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across Fox’s ecosystem, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.
- Drive alignment and influence across Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- Represent Partner Operations in executive forums and contribute to organizational planning and strategic initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Role-Specific Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in partner management, operations, and project leadership.
- 3+ years of people management experience with direct accountability for coaching and development.
- Demonstrated success managing both technical and non-technical partnerships in matrixed organizations.
- Deep knowledge of customer experience, marketing operations, and partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of business partnership agreements, with experience reviewing terms to ensure alignment with operational, product, and platform capabilities.
- Deep understanding of the streaming, OTT, or direct-to-consumer subscription space.
- Strong knowledge of customer experience, subscription lifecycle marketing, and partner ecosystems.
- Some travel required.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
- Expertise in tools such as project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana), CRM platforms, and data visualization tools.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $143,000.00-225,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
