Establish and lead an in-house Project Management Office (PMO) that will provide project management support to internal technical teams to execute complex media technology, application development, technical implementation, scenic, critical infrastructure and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role is responsible for team leadership, project strategy, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, hire and lead project managers
Mentor and guide junior project manager team members, fostering collaboration and professional development
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Develop and track schedule critical path, project plans and resource allocations
Coordinate budget inputs with key stakeholders and FNM finance
Lead and facilitate meetings to drive decision making
Ensure cross-functional team alignment and manage project execution
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
Oversee bid process and manage outside professionals (architects, MEP, structural, owner’s reps, etc.)
Partner with sourcing to negotiate contracts
Ability to manage agile and scrum application development processes
Track cross functional processes, risks, and dependencies
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Demonstrated experience in developing a PMO team and personally leading and managing complex projects
Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience managing complex critical infrastructure and technical projects in the media and entertainment industry
Deep understanding of project budgeting and financial management
Ability to align projects with organizational goals and strategies
Demonstrated experience of delivering successful critical systems, data center and interiors construction projects
Engineering or equivalent degree preferred
Proficiency in schedule management platforms (Smartsheets, MS Project)
Ability to track agile and scrum application development and dev ops processes

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $179,000.00-209,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
