We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support the FOX News Media team. In this role, you’ll help improve workflows, track performance metrics, and assist with cross-team coordination with producers on the linear side of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of news media, strategy, and planning in a fast-paced environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analytics Support
Monitor and report on linear performance metrics
Analyze and identify trending topics and guests in television ratings
Prepare and present reports showcasing KPIs to executives and key stakeholders
Maintain documentation of analytics procedures
Assist with project coordination and workflow tracking
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work with linear show producers, the research team, and strategy teams to keep them updated on new trends.
Attend weekly analytics meetings for each program on FOX News Channel and FOX Business Network.
Media Tools & Knowledge
Navigate the linear ratings system using Nielsen and other tools.
Maintain up to date editorial knowledge of news and current events.
Have an in-depth understanding of programming and FOX News Media talent.
Support adoption of new tools that enhance team performance
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Passion for news media and a desire to work in a creative, demanding, and competitive environment.
Comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders and communicating complex ideas clearly

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-31.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
