We’re seeking a Product Manager II to help build AI-powered experiences for FOX’s digital platforms. This role will support the development of features that leverage machine learning and generative AI to improve content discovery, personalization, and audience engagement. The Product Manager II will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and data science to deliver intuitive, high-impact AI product experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated product manager to gain hands-on experience in applied AI while contributing to strategic initiatives visible at the highest levels of the organization.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development and execution of AI-centric product features, with a focus on personalization, content discovery, and automation.
Translate strategic insights and market trends into actionable product plans that align with FOX’s AI innovation roadmap.
Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria tailored to AI-driven feature development.
Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, engineering, and design to manage deliverables, remove roadblocks, and ensure seamless execution.
Analyze product performance data to measure engagement and inform prioritization.
Communicate product vision and results effectively through stakeholder presentations and written documentation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Experience in product management, preferably within technology, media, or digital platforms.
Demonstrated interest and hands-on experience with applied machine learning, particularly generative AI and LLMs, in a product development context. You’ve contributed to AI-driven initiatives and are familiar with how models integrate into user-facing features—even if you're not building them yourself.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure both quantitative and qualitative analyses and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—able to translate insights, strategies, and technical outcomes clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.
Foundational knowledge of AI technologies and infrastructure, paired with curiosity about how emerging models and platforms can drive new product value.
A user-centered mindset with a strong grasp of UI/UX principles; you enjoy shaping intuitive, delightful digital experiences and collaborating closely with design teams.
Proficiency with product and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Notion; strong skills in Google Sheets and Slides; and working familiarity with design/prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
A proactive, self-starter attitude—energized by fast-paced environments and ready to take initiative across cross-functional teams.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $125,000.00-130,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
