FOX Sports is seeking a dynamic and creative Coordinator to join the Sports Brand Partnerships team. The Coordinator, Sports Brand Partnerships is an entry-level position that will support the ideation, development, and implementation of marketing and integrated partnerships, primarily on Major League Baseball, NASCAR, and IndyCar to generate and achieve FOX Corporation revenue goals.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day support for the Sports Brand Partnerships team, focusing on FOX Sports’ MLB, NASCAR, and IndyCar partnerships.
Directly works on client presentations, RFP responses based on specific client objectives, client recap materials, and marketing sponsorship trackers
Develops best-in-class sales presentations, materials, consumer insights, and collateral
Works across internal sales/pricing & planning teams, league contacts, research, graphics, programming, and production teams to obtain assets, execute brand marketing executions, and create workflows across departments
Establish consistent communication with account executives, managers and associates throughout the Ad Sales organization.
Monitor, clip, organize, and track MLB, NASCAR, and Indycar on FOX’s sponsorship executions.
Monitor and track competing networks’ (NBC, TBS, ESPN) marketing integrations
Be a student of the business and of the sport by developing a deep knowledge of the competitive landscape
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
0-2 years of media and marketing experience
Must be expertly proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within FOX Corporation across Sales, Marketing, PR, Production, and Digital teams to have full knowledge of potential sales opportunities and ensure positive outcomes for FOX Corporation partnerships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convert information into a relevant story and visual presentation
Strong organizational skills, while being able to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure sales environment
Willingness to work on the weekends & holidays
Ability to travel domestically
Must have a passion for sports

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-26.45 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
