Support the leadership team with developing industry category expertise across challenges, audiences, insights, and strategy to inform our internal sales organization as well as engage senior clients.
Establish category baselines and strategic approaches to develop categories across the company.
Work collaboratively across the FNG sales and marketing organization (i.e. Research and Intelligence teams) to discover insights and applicable FNG strategies that can be leveraged for strategic development of FNG categories and clients.
Consistently exude passion and knowledge across media, culture and market trends to ensure our sales organization is more informed.
An understanding of the integration points between creative and media from planning through delivery through optimization.
Demonstrated experience on a variety of categories and accounts.
Excellent communication skills.
Expert-level PowerPoint skills.
Collaborative mindset and demonstration of ability to work well across an organizational matrix.
A passion for media and advertising and the transformation that is happening.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
