The Digital Ad Operations Analyst will be responsible for executing new digital ad campaigns as assigned and then proactively monitoring impression delivery and performance per clients' goals.The Analyst will be responsible for various team and client reports in addition to assisting in the monthly billing process. He/She will re-tag editorial content where necessary to meet advertising obligations, work with various internal teams to deliver all booked campaigns, test new or updated ad products prior to on-site launch and assist in updating SOPs for team workflow on an on-going basis. The Analyst will be based in NY and will report to the Ad Operations Manager.
Campaign Set-up and maintenance/optimization.
Work with Dev and Product teams to launch new ad/edit products with correct ad tags/options for regular site QA to ensure Dev code updates do not affect ad tags.
Reporting as needed for campaigns, billing and overall site.
Liaise with ad ops and account management teams to ensure campaign delivery.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of DFP, DSM, Google Analytics and Jira strongly preferred.
Must be organized and able to set and manage priorities.
Must have strong analytical skills and effective communication skills.
