Fox Networks Group (FNG) has an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Ad Sales Business Strategy to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for streamlining sales processes and information exchange between the sales force and senior Ad Sales Management. This is a critically important role to the Ad Sales division, enabling the Agency Leads to work effectively among internal stakeholders to drive accountability, orchestrate strategic sales initiatives and ultimately fulfill commitments to FNG senior leadership. The Manager will report directly to the EVP of Ad Sales and will be based in New York.
Compilation and standardization of management requests from Agency Leads.
Participation in development and tracking of accountability metrics (OKRs, Zero Share, New Business).
Research and create presentation decks to support strategic sales initiatives.
Analyze and identify areas of focus through revenue forecasts.
Develop and manage organizational performance benchmarking.
Work with Brand Business Managers and Pricing and Inventory to develop packaging opportunities.
Manage utilization and efficacy of SalesForce for sales strategy.
Coordination of prospecting with Global Partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in business, or relevant field. MBA strongly preferred.
At least 2-3 years experience in the advertising industry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse set of partners and execute highly visible sales opportunities on tight deadlines.
Ability to think outside the box, with a high level understanding of advertising, the media industry, and sales trends.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, sales systems, and analytics tools.
