Job Description


  • Manage Appointment calendars (includes scheduling of all internal and external appointments) and contacts.
  • Coordinate departmental expense activities, including invoice coding, processing invoices, vendor set-up/inquiries, and review T&E to ensure within policy.
  • Liaison with external auditors (secure work space, coordinate meetings, etc).
  • Assist the set-up of new employees (system access, T&E, etc).
  • Assist in annual and quarterly budget preparations.
  • Assist Financial Reporting team with various administrative details, some of a confidential nature.
  • Additional tasks/ duties as assigned.


  • 5+ years of administrative support experience with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel required. 
  • Ability to multitask while remaining highly structured is absolutely required.
  • Proven administrative support skills (scheduling, filing, proofreading, invoice tracking, etc) with a proactive mentality required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (professional demeanor/ telephone presence) required.
  • Desire to take ownership of projects with little or no direction required.
  • Must possess strong prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn entry level system administration functions required.
