This position is reporting to the Executive Director, Strategic Operations and will be responsible for managing the timely and accurate processing of all assigned content distribution deals across all lines of business. The candidate must be comfortable with legal agreements and must have strong analytical skills to understand and translate contractual terms in a sales-finance system. He/She must be a self-starter and be able make sound business/operational decisions independently in order to achieve the requirements and expected output for the role. He/She must be a critical thinker and have the ability to identify gaps in existing processes for business/operational improvement opportunities. This individual will foster and develop internal business relationships and will interface with the following teams/departments including: Deal Management, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Finance, and Enterprise Operations.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and be adept at building relationships with leaders at multiple levels across the organization. The candidate must be able to handle proprietary information (such as legal agreements) in order to support a rapidly changing organization. Using strong communicating skills, this individual will effectively collaborate with a variety of teams with various job functions, have the ability to perform professionally in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The candidate is expected to produce insights into the business, its processes, systems, and will help drive initial conversations that can influence key business decisions.
